Dahlgren Heritage Museum, Virginia

This museum is outside of Dahlgren Naval Surface Warfare Base, so anyone can visit. Not big at all, it does contain a lot of interesting information. I considered going onto the base itself (I was with my Navy daughter) but was told that there is practically nothing displayed outside. So don't even try. Unfortunately, they closed in half an hour after I entered due to staffing difficulties. So I took photos hurriedly and left.
For those who want to get to the museum coming from Maryland side by using Harry Nice Memorial Bridge, be in the right lane and prepare to take the 1st right turn, otherwise you'll miss the entrance.
