deceptive box markings

got this box containing a left and right hand magazine for the 20mm oerlikon twin mount,which im building a replica
the box is marked "north atlantic treaty organization mutual aid" To portugese army,from Canada
also some markings on the end which I cant make out
the left hand mag has US flaming bomb stamp and broadarrow within C (Canadian acceptance mark)
the right hand one is marked MOM,who is that?
does anybody know any more about what was going on here

Your guns look great! I don't think there is any deception involved. The box contained the magazines, given as military aid from a larger NATO country to a smaller one.
