It is a Hungarian 82mm 57-V-003 illuminating mortar bomb. The fuze should be K-1

EOD, You are absolutely correct.
It's effectively not a russian munition, but...
the marking is possibly russian (White band on grey afterground)
The pictures are what they are.
If the input that I give is not correct, it's possible !
But I try to give a direction on the identification of the item.
