Projectile looks like an Oerlikon produced item and the case has been fired and then had the projo fitted to it.
Projo is a repaint as originaly paint would not be on the driving band, the driving band is seen as "bright" where the paint has come off and this area should be a dull grey (sintered cast Iron).
Case bears the semi circular loading pawl that the case sets back on when the round is fired.
Look at the projo lettering (if any) and this would confirm its origen.
