The diameter is 15cm so it does look like that's what it could be, so thanks for that. Do you have any pictures of the fuzing arrangement? It looks like it is the Lanz mine fuze from your picture but the hole is roughly 2in.

Thanks Pedro, That's very useful. The next question is does anyone have top part to complete item that they no longer require? I have a fuze for it already.
