I got this photo in a pile, so no provenance. It appears to say "To Henry Mygett Ed Meeker". It seems to be a photo of a photo, see original photo rips on the left edge. What time period is the uniform? Do I even read the fountain pen writing correctly? Ed Meeker was a famous singer https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_Meeker. Any chance this is the same person? Any help is appreciated.
