Experimental german 8,8 cm Pzgr.

I am looking for information about this experimental 8,8 cm Pzgr.
Drivingbands are the same as a Pzgr. 39/43, but it has a double thread on the cap it has a dummy basefuze with a M39x3,5 thread.

What did the cap look like and why the double thread ?
