Experimental german WW 2 ?

Good evening all ,
I hope someone on the forum can help me to identify the next , I believe to be , a German experimental cartridge .
Case length : 46 mm
cal : 7 mm
base diameter : 11,8 mm
neck : 6 mm length
case to neck : 36 mm
shoulder : 4 mm
headstamp : N
2 piece bullet : top 8 mm tombak

Hello Seppe,
The information I have says you have 7x46 RWS Experimental cartridge (also known as 7mm RWS, 7x46 Versuch Luftwaffe, RWS M423).
I have two variations, the one you show and shorter bullet design.
I believe that this cartridge was developed under the direction of the HWA (Heeres Waffenampt, the department of German army weapons) in the mid-late 1930's under the same program that developed the 8x45 or 8x46 and eventually lead to the development and adoption of the 7.9x33 Kurz.
There may be others on this forum that can more detailed information
