Finn vintage ammo translation please

...I have another empty Finn 7.62x54R crate that needs translation, Tmine, can you translate? I think it is like the other one, not sure.Thank you for your expertise....one label affixed over another....? This one has 1933-1940 VPT head stamped ammo in it in plain unlabeled 15 round boxes.

It seems to be re-packed and re-labeled.
In first picture is new nomenclature A0211 which means light ball 9,6 grams, not in stripper clips. 800 pcs. packed 08.09.1946. Powder charge 3,2 grams Finnish powder, case and primer from VPT.
Second picture is instruction that this label must be returned to depot if there are any claims in cartridges.
Third picture is a normal label for Danger, Exlosive stuff.
Fourth picture is original label. Packed in 1937. Original label says that cartridges were in stripper clips. So, they have been removed from stripper clips.
