According the owner this mortar was used by the Finnish army. Could maybe someone verify that. My second question would be if it is a smoke or practice version.
The shell have a markings?
This alu fuzes useds in PL, exported a lot to Spain 1936/39.
Shell with holes as on your photo [with wood plugs and sealing] used in PL with double effect 22/31 fuzes.
They were found on the training/test ground, with a other types of "observation/smoke" shells 81 mm Polish construction model 1936 and m. 1939 [other construction - with demountable head (similar to German 8 cm wgr 38 deut and 8 cm wgr 39]).
