Fins

I picked this up for a very reasonable price off quickfire, thanks gerrythebomb.

Its completely outside my normal area of collecting but WOW what a fantastic piece of engineering, the fins snap out when released and the whole unit is on some sort of ball bearing type assembly. It must have cost fortune to make in the first place.

Anyone any ideas what the complete round looks like?
