Seems to be good ammunition too. Italy won 2 medals in the shooting sports that year. Gold and bronze.

You wil find your box listed at http://22box-id.com/world/Italy.pdf. " .22 Long Rifle. Green, red and white box with black and white printing. Large one-piece box with end flaps. No product code. This box was loaded for the 1932 Olymics, as denoted by the label on the end. "GF-2" h/s on a copper case. Lead bullet".
If the label "Moschetto Beretta" means something like "Rifle Beretta", excuse me if I dont speak the language, than this makes perfect sense. Beretta supplied the rifles for most, if not all the National Shooting sports including the the Olympic team of Italy. Good shooters with good guns and well manufactured ammunition = Olympic gold, and bronze.
