Not sure Dave, but I do not think it is old or "vintage"
The fuze looks like a modern type, and it also looks like it is missing something, maybe a spoon or lever? I have never seen another of this type. Maybe someone will know......I hope so..... I would like to know also.

Frizzen sent me a photo of an old brass grenade of his that is possibly Chinese, looks similarish.
