For what country is this 105x136R122 shell case?

I am in doubt for which country this is. The "1913 T" may indicate Bulgaria, but the "T" looks Latin instead of Cyrillic. The "double R" I also am unable to link to a country.

I suspect this shell case to be Bulgarian, but I also found this shell case with Chilean marks.

Any ideas?

Yes it is, and I already suspected it to be Romanian but possibly Bulgarian used after capture. It is documented Bulgaria captured Romanian 10,5 cm but unclear to me what artillery exactly.
