French 37mm tracer?

Hi all,

Today I picked up what I think is a French 37mm projectile judging by what others have posted on this site. Looks like a Mle 1916 but I'm not sure if it is H.E. or A.P. or maybe a tracer? The threads are counter clockwise. Would this have been used for a tank or the field gun or both? Also anyone know what the numbers between the driving bands mean? Any help would be great!
