French 75x208mm case

can anyone identify this case 75x208mm, I cannot find this case length, my suspicion is that it was used as a blank

Hello,
case is for french 75mmm mod 97 with navy marking. Original lenght is 350mm. I think ink marking are post ww2 for blank use. Also primer is post ww2, 1947

I originally had two of these cases. I sold the other one a few years before you bought the one in the photos.

Both were identical in length, and had obviously been machine cut to length. I believe that they were cut down by the factory when converted to blanks.
