Any sources for an inert fuse assembly for this one?

You need one of these for to have an original WWII grenade. The SAE you can often find for sell its post war.

These DF37/46 grenades were used until the late 1980's, with some diffrent french fuzes.
Following fuzes have been used during those times: Mle35 (until end 60's), BA F5 and BA F6 (60's to mid 70's), BA F4 (mid 70's to recent times) (see pictures).

So you have to look for a fuze that suits your desired time periode.
