French Beehive Time fuze i cut today
sorry but i know very little about this other than they are commonly found on french ww1 ers shrapnel projectiles,and powder train contained in a lead tube,
please feel free to add more info

This fuze T& P 24/31Mle 1916 is used in general on HE French shells
A shrapnel 75mm sheel use T&P 22/31 fuze without detonator
There is only one exception with 24/31 like your but never seen in used
