Fuse prices? (Help wanted)

Hello everyone, I was wondering if one you kind gents, or ladies, could please help me. I have the importunity to buy both a ZZ35 and S.Mi.35 fuse, right here in South Africa!! If I purchase these two fuses they will be my first and this brings me to my question: the seller is asking £21 each, is that a good price for these items?

UK prices are between £10 and £20 per item, depending on condition. ZZ35 is missing safety pin and transit cap, and looks slightly weathered. S.Mi.35 also is not in the best condition, and missing transit cap. I am not sure as to the availability of these items in your country, which might add a bit on the price, but there seems to be plenty of these coming forwards from Eastern Europe at the moment. I would bid the vendor £30 for the pair, and go up to £40 if you really want them.
