Can anyone offer thoughts on what the item on the right might fit? Placed next to the base disc for the number 80 for scale. Found loose inside a number 80 fuze but not part of that fuze. TIA

I saw in documents and encountered on fuzes no. 45, 18, tail 13 or 11 for example that for the obsolete fuzes were engraved deeply on the surface of the top or base by a cross
