George Polkey Fortress Lamp

I noticed an older post on this site about a George Polkey Fighting Lamp that was used in British fortresses. There is currently one listed for sale on e-bay. It appears that this one has been electrified. How scarce are these lamps? Is it worth trying to get, even though it's not complete? Here is the e-bay link:

It has no Broad Arrow marks

So were these exported as well ? Missing carrying handle and the burner unit. Hmmmm
