German 15cm?

Hi all,
Is this a German 15cm projectile? Which gun is it used in?
And is the 155x113mm case the right one for this projectile?
Lenght of the projectile with fuse is 54.5cm
Caliber of the projectile is 150mm and there is a Dopp.Z.S/43 screwed in.
