German 1938 Dated 25mm Cartridge, Any Ideas?

Hi all.

Just wondering if anyone can help me ID this German cartridge. It measures approx 25mm (I say approx because the mouth is very slightly deformed), and stands about 3.5 in tall. The markings are: P181, German Eagle with WaA22 under it, 38, 81h. I don't know much about German stuff so any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

It's an 2 cm FLAK 38 cartridge, cut-of to serve other needs.
