German 3.7cm L'spurgr differences

Herewith 3 german 3.7cm L'spur gr.
On the right the well known shell with narrow band.
Is there a different nomenclature for the 1st (large band with groove) and 2nd (large band) ?

No idea of German terminology on these details.
