German cases

I have these two cases and they have the following measurements:

1. 134x68mm
2. 88x57mm

I think nr. 1 is a german 12.7 cm/45 (5") SK C/34 and that nr. 2 is a german 88 mm. Is nr. 2 a Flak case?

Is it possible to identify which company made them?

You are right in both cases. P131 is the "Deutsche Waffen- u. Munitionsfabrik AG, Berlin", the other case is made by P = Polte, Magdeburg. The 88 mm is a army / Luftwaffe Flak case, the 12,7 cm is a naval case.
