German fuze discharger

F0031

Well-Known Member
German fuze discharger (ex Waff).

I have managed to get it apart but not sure what to next. The copper terminals are stuck (pics 4 & 5). There seems to be a nut missing from the end of the central spindle (pic 7), and I suspect the spindle should be free to turn against the cap but it too is stuck. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Tony
