German Navy 24cm shells ID

Hello,

I try to identify these German navy shells. I assume 24cm because of markings (140kg or 148kg).
Very interesting picture because French navy shells on the right (I assume 240mm with 3 bands and typical hexagonal base plate) are mixed with German shells, so maybe fired by the same gun used by Kriegsmarine.
I can't find this shape in my German doc (strange driving band, could it be a protective sleeve ?)

Regards
