German Pak 37mm HE Projectile

I finally got my hands on an early HE projectile, so I believe my 37mm Pak ammo collection is now complete. I did not realize it was separated into two chambers. I know the AZ39 fuse goes on top. Was there supposed to be a fuse, explosive, plug or tracer element screwed into the bottom cavity? This example is dated 1940 and has the brass driving band.

Thank you for your help.

Steve

Fuze: AZ39 or 3,7cm Kpf.Z.Zerl.P with deactivated selfdestruction (red tip)
You need tracer plug no 3 ( Lichtspurhuelse Nr.3)
