German? Top of shell and fuse from Ypres salient

Hi. I found this on my last trip to Ypres, I think it is from a German shell but I am not sure. Any ideas?

The fuze is Gr Z 04 With or not Delay (OV, MV) for HE german Shell WW1, (sometimes on Gas shell)
Can be found 10cm Gr15, 15 cm GR 12, n/A, verst, 21 cm Gr 14 .....
