German WWII 105mm Smoke Mortar Round

The "Nb" is in black ink on the 105mm. One of those 81mm in the photo is a smoke round with "Nb" in white ink. I have noticed in the German manuals the "Nb" always appears to be in white ink for other types of projectiles. The 105mm does not appear to have been repainted. How often do you find these 105mm mortar bombs in Europe? Is the black "Nb" legitimate? Thank you for your comments.

The 10 cm mortar shells are not rare in Europe. Yours is OK. Had one myself with black markings.
