Grenade adapter sack?

Hello all,
I recently did an excellent deal with Shaun and as a bonus he sent me a British L Series Grenade Adapter Sack. I've not seen one before and hoped that someone out there could tell me anything about it? Inside it has five vertical compartments.
Any info gratefully received.
