Grenade, Rifle No 3 Mk 1 Hales?

Is this a Grenade, Rifle No 3 Mk 1 Hales? I notice that it is missing the brass belt around the vanes. Is this part missing or is it another Mk.?


Below is a Grenade, Rifle No 3 Mk 1 Hales from the Imperial War Museum, and that one has the belt.

It is just missing - they often are. It is a Mark II. The IWM exhibit is a rare example (OK they all are) of a No 3 with a rather detailed base piece - nominally a Mark I.
