Can someone decipher what's written between "72" and "Hartgußgranaten"[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]in the title ?

Is is a 720mm projectile like I think it is or am I wrong ?

It's "72 pound", 21 cm if I remember right

That's what I thought first, but the measurements are puzzling me :

The unit of measurement is "Dezimalzoll". So 840 Dezimalzoll / 100 * 25,4 = 213 mm.

A few years after this drawing was made we adopted the metrical system. Then also designations like "pounder" disappeared.
