HE L13A2 cartridge

I have just come across these 2 lovely matching cartridges and hoped someone can tell me what they are from. Many thanks

These cases look like 30 x 170 Rarden but the headstamps are too hard to read. HE L13A2 loading from 1994.
Made by Astra Holdings, UK since 1988 when they acquired ? BMARC (British Manuf. & Research Co.)
1990's cases have inserted primers. Earlier ones screwed in. BMO is code for Astra. I assume they still own the company?
It would have been easier if you supplied the case length and inside case mouth dimensions in mm to help with the ID. Nice cases.
