I found this about the 20 Pr HE projectile Nr 85. As jou can read there is a different fuze used.

The Dutch Army used (during the Cold War) on there Centurion Tanks the following 20-pr HE ammunition:

Cartridge QF, 20-pr, HE-T, Mk 2/2 with fuze nr 131 / nr 131C1.
Cartridge QF, 20-pr, HE-T, Mk 2/2 with fuze No. 410.
Cartridge QF, 20-pr, HE-T, Mk 2/2 with fuze L17-series.
Cartridge QF, 20-pr, HE-T, nr 85 with fuze nr 131 / nr 131C1

The HE shell nr 85 and the fuze nr 131 are Dutch made.

The coloured picture you posted is the HE shell Mk 2/2 with fuze nr 131.
Hereby a picture of the nr 85 with with fuze nr 131 and Mk 2/2 with fuze nr 410.
