Manufacturer?
80x252R, head 88mm. Maybe shortened from longer 75mm case. Found from Finnland.
I think it could be for a Finn 76 RK/27, blank fire case. The catalog says dimensions are 80,3x258R, head 88mm.

Is the year 1916?
And primer manufacturer, OTK?

The headstamp is typical for 76,2x385R of Canadian manufacture. Yes it's made in 1916.
