This looks like a grenade with 2 holes.
9cm diameter and height.
Hole diameter: 35mm
There is a marking on the side: F.P

A projectile cap but which?
10.5cm diameter and 24mm diameter hole (french ?)

The first might be an Austrian Rohr grenade from WW1 . It's about the right size .
