Hi Harry your bomb is very similar to Japanese bombs, shape and design, the fuze also looks very similar to japanese types, but may be i am wrong. Are there any markings on the fuze.

Hello BMG50 On the fuze see only RA 1939 Harry

Then this could be a inter war British bomb design using a very late manufactured fuze, RA being the clue of being British.
