Those in the photo are Sout African ones from Reutech Fuchs Electronics.

#2 Russia or another country in the east
#3 The first is definately Spanish for German style side fuze well bombs as I would assume for the 2nd one. The 3rd looks Spanish as well since the detonator would fit the Spanish pattern. 4th I do not know.
