Struggling to find a match on this although there are a couple of close practice bombs.
It is fairly small measuring only 30cm tip to tail. I cannot see any marking on it at all although is appears to have been painted silver which may have covered any markings over.
Interesting item! Perhaps if you repost your question and pictures in the "Bombs" section here on the forum you might catch the attention of someone who could help with the ID of your practice piece.
