Help with Czech shrapnel shell

What is the nomenclature of the Czech shrapnel shell (maybe 10cm) and the fuze ?

There is a picture of a projectile with the same construction in 8cm called 8cm ostry srapnel vzor 30 shown in the book Czechoslovak artilery 1918 - 1939.
In 10cm caliber it should be called 10cm ostry srapnel vzor 30.
I know it is a shame, but I have no data on this one.
