Hi I need help identifying a shell case I have just brought, I think it's British it is 61cm tall and 8.5cm at the top has PS 3147 stamped on the base and engraved ROF/B L23.743 61/4 and what looks like a crown with I.A.G below it. There is a blue line painted around the fuse and again around the neck.
