Spun Fuze arming !

Hi Harry, are you certain that the item is a Bomb fuze ?
The reason I say that is that it has a "Rotor" arming ball that is centred by the item beng "spun" at high speed and being in a bomb body unless spun rapidly would not arm it-however, I am no Bomb expert by any means so it is only an observation !

Agree with above, looks like a base shell fuse to me.
