Question on the markings on the HG85. Can anyone help fill in the blanks?

HG85 = Nomenclature
591 = Tactical version
3470 = ?
305 = ?
00A =?

591-3470 is for the designation of the grenade
305 I assume a code lot
00A could be the year
so for sure both manufacture codes

on this picture is 149 and 93A
