Ordnance approved
I am almost positive that this is a Hungarian marking.
Can anyone tell me what the marking stands for?
Looking at the HA on the top.

It's Csepel. ÁH stands for Állami Hadianyaggyár which means State Ordnance Factory
Cs sounds like 'ch' in 'touch'
