Hungarian Mine Fuzes

I have had these fuzes for 7 years and finally need to have a correct ID and how they are used.
I believe the large fuze is for the UKA-63 AT Mine but how are the smaller fuzes used?
White one is marked : EBG 68A and brown is marked EBG 68. Is one a practice fuze?
I notice the differences in diameter of the disc under the safety clips and different plastic colours.
I assume the bottom piece is just a cover and discarded when installed in the mine.

Large fuze is stamped: AOG - 69 with a white cross . Why?

I assume white EBG-68A is for practice (inert).
The second with white cross seems to be an inerted fuze for practice. AOG-69 is the designation.
