French navy had a similar shell : 75mm high explosive model 1917/1933.
Maybe Polish used this one as they had 75mm Wz22/24 and Wz34 with same shape but with other fuze (larger thread - Schneider type).
 
I find the shape interesting as it is like the ww1 D shells, also the PD fuze as the U.S. evidentally copied it
and I have the same on ww2 Cdn/British projectile.
