This item appeared online identified as a RG-PO or RG-VO grenade used in Ukraine to deliver a chemical payload.

Can anyone provide a positive ID and additional information?

Cheers

".... RG-VO gas grenade and its unknown payload, Kaszeta says that this is not really new. It has been seen in Ukraine since early December and appears to be another CS equivalent, and is again used to drive troops out of trenches. Kaszeta notes that the casing appears to be metal rather than plastic, so this might even make the RG-VO safer rather than more dangerous than previous weapons."
