That is a very attractive and unusual grenade. I believe it MAY be a Spanish Civil War Grenade. There is a Museum in Madrid with a full collection of the many different types of grenades used. It would be a good place to start. I used to have a copy of the pictures showing all the display cases and will try to find this for you.

Whatever the case a great find and unusual looking item. Thanks for showing.

I agree with no3nh4, I have never seen it either in Spain. And neither the fuse.
