Seems to be a body of mortar projectile with cutted head and plastic adapter for grenade fuze.
Lot of entries with google (used in Ukraine).

Apparently they are Finnish m/50 Sirpalekäsikranaatti FRAG hand grenades and were first seen in Ukraine in October last year and were converted from 50-mm mortar mines.
